If you're like me then you probably cook way too much on Christmas day and have loads of food leftover for Boxing day and even a few days after. You probably also want something a little different than the usual Turkey sarnies too, but just as simple to make.
These little spiced up pasty parcels are so simple to make and you can use anything you want in them. They go great on their own with a little dip (I usually have them with a green coriander chutney or just some Ketchup!) or with a nice fresh salad.
Have a go at making them and see how creative you can get with your pasty designs too.
